Why two voucher fields?
Lazada splits vouchers into two very different cost categories. Seller Vouchers are funded by you — the discount comes out of your net revenue and shrinks the fee base. Lazada Vouchers are funded by Lazada as a platform subsidy — they appear in the buyer's checkout but they don't reduce your payout. The calculator's breakdown note will say so explicitly so you don't accidentally over-discount in a campaign.
How are these fees calculated?
The calculator wraps the same FeeEngine that ships with Hail Pilot's dispute defense and margin tooling. Every rule is sourced from a Lazada seller-centre page and audited for freshness — if any rule is stale or fails a rate check, this calculator pauses and tells you to come back later instead of showing wrong numbers.
This is a free reference tool. Final settlement values may differ slightly due to category-level overrides, region-specific surcharges, and mid-month rate changes published by Lazada.
