Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Hail Pilot Pte. Ltd. Please read this policy before subscribing.

1. Free Trial

All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a free trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends. If you do not provide payment before the trial expires, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — no charge is made.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the billing period.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan (1 case/month, 1 channel connection). Your data is retained and accessible under the Free plan limits.

3. Refund Eligibility

Hail Pilot subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong plan billed)
  • A technical issue caused by Hail Pilot prevented you from accessing the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period, and you reported it to us during that time
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge (first-time subscriber only), and you have not actively used the platform during that period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. We do not issue refunds for annual plans beyond the 7-day first-payment window.

4. Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan mid-cycle, the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You will not receive a credit or refund for the difference in price during the current period.

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront at a discounted rate. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the initial payment date, except in the circumstances described in Section 3. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the end of the annual period and will not be renewed.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@hailpilot.com with your registered email address, the charge date, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated by email and posted to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
